Terms of Use

By downloading or using Plan2Live™, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Plan2Live Does

Plan2Live is a macOS desktop application that connects to Planning Center Online via your Planning Center account connection, retrieves your service plans, and generates Ableton Live project files. All processing happens locally on your machine.

Your Account

  • →You must provide a valid email to create an account.
  • →You are responsible for keeping your Planning Center credentials secure. We store them only on your local machine.
  • →One account per user. Do not share accounts.

Free Plan & Subscriptions

Free Plan

The Free plan includes 2 generations per device, forever. No credit card required.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription. No refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Plan2Live to:

  • ✕Violate Planning Center's terms of service or API usage policies
  • ✕Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service
  • ✕Use automated scripts to generate projects at scale beyond intended use
  • ✕Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user

Intellectual Property

Plan2Live and its software are proprietary. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your Mac. The generated Ableton project files are yours — we claim no ownership over them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Plan2Live is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees that it will work with every Planning Center organization, Ableton version, or macOS release. Use it for real services at your own discretion — we recommend always having a backup plan.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan2Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including issues with generated projects, missed service preparations, or data loss.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify subscribers of material changes by email.
